1. Acceptance of Terms

• Virtual office solutions

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit required documents in a timely manner
• Pay fees as agreed upon in the engagement letter
• Cooperate with our team during service delivery
• Notify us of any changes that may affect our services

4. Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with:

• Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) standards
• Applicable professional ethics and conduct rules
• Current laws and regulations of India
• Industry best practices

5. Limitation of Liability

Specifically, GBC & Associates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from business decisions
• Penalties or interest charges due to late filings (unless caused by our negligence)
• Market fluctuations affecting investment advice
• Changes in tax laws or regulations after advice is given
• Consequential or indirect damages of any nature
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

6. Engagement and Fees

All services are subject to:

• Written engagement letters defining scope and terms
• Fee agreements as specified in engagement letters
• Payment terms as mutually agreed upon
• Additional charges for work beyond original scope

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards. However, we may disclose information when:

• Required by law or court order
• Authorized by the client in writing
• Necessary to protect our legal rights
• Required for professional quality review

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• We will return client documents as requested
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
• Work-in-progress will be billed on a time basis

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
